ID: G11_5 (DOB: 12/19/2005)This adorable little girl has been in care since January 2006. She is currently living with a foster family and is reported to be very close with her foster parents. Upon admission, she was noted to have a urogenital abnormality for which she received surgical treatment in October 2008. It is reported that she enjoys playing with other children but that she can be quite shy around strangers. She is noted to have clear speech and can form 5 to 10 word sentences. She can identify parts of the body as well as identify many animals. She is in need of a family who is comfortable with her diagnosis and who can provide her with any therapies that she may need in the future. Experience parenting past her age is preferred. To adopt this precious child, applicants must be 30-54 years of age and meet an income requirement of $30,000 plus $10,000 per additional family member with $80,000 net worth.
